Nuisance algae/pests in fuge a concern?

I have a pretty large refugium section in my sump for my 80g display tank. I have some live rock and several different macroalgae in this section but have also started to notice quite a bit of bubble algae and aptaisia in the fuge. Do I have to be concerned with these spreading into my display tank?

as long as it doesn't show up in the display, its doing its job.

if it bothers you, you can try battling it but do keep in mind this could alter the "biome" in your tank.
