November 2018 ETRC club meeting

Club member @Dufish has offered to host the November meeting!

The address will be posted in the private forum or through private message.

If you are a prospective member, please PM me. We love to have new members and would like you to attend a meeting first to see if it is up your alley before committing to the Club.

When: Saturday November 17th

Time: 6P.M-8P.M.
Main dish: hotdogs & s’mores by the fire
Topic: let’s chat about club plans for 2019

Please RSVP in this thread. Post what food you can bring for sides (no one is obligated to do so).

Weather permitting we plan to have a fire going in the back yard to roast hotdogs and s’mores. We have kids so bring the family!!! Look forward to seeing everyone.

I just got word that my family is doing thanksgiving on Saturday at 4 since my dad will be outta town.

I've been trying to find a time to attend a meeting for almost a year and always have a conflict. Do any of these meetings happen in the morning? I travel often for work and most weekend days / evenings are committed with family, etc.

I'd like to connect with local reefers and both share and gain experience. I could use some help with setting lights -- we have challenges with SPS and believe it may be related to PAR levels. Hope you guys have a great get together.

That is a nice looking tank!!! Definitely try to get to a meeting when you can.

good meeting and thanks for hosting.
it was mentioned to have a meeting at aquatic marine and jks to outreach to new members.
Eric also mentioned renting a van and carpooling to the Nashville swap next year. but i also can understand some people might not want to stay the entire day.
