Hey I have this weird stuff growing on these artificial plants and also as you can see it's on the sand as well, how can I fix this? Thanks!

The diatoms probably will dissappear but you'll have other types of algae to deal with and herbivores don't usually do a good job of algae on plastic or fake plants. You can remove the plants and soak in H2O2. Rinse well, let dry and return. Expect to have to replace them regularly as algae will work it's way into the surface and the plastic will fad ove rtime. (If you've ever watched the show "Tanked" the intro shows a tank full of fake corals overgrown with algae, not really much you can do with it when it reaches that point.)
