So when COVID19 hit, I decided I needed some office mates. Did a bit of research on the YouTubes and figure out a simple tank with a couple of Clowns, goby/pistol pair and some sweet looking coral would be fun to work on and nice to have in my office with me. Settled on a BioCube16 and went to work.
My BioCube 16 has:
  • inTank media basket filled with
    • Marine Pure media balls
    • ChemiPure Elite 6.5oz
    • Filter Floss
  • NeoTherm 100w heater
  • Aqamai KP wavemaker
  • Controlled and monitored with a reef-pi
  • CaribSea LifeRock
  • CaribSea Fiji Pink AgraAlive Sand
Current Inhabitants:
  • 2 - Regular ol ClownFish - Ren and Stimpy
  • 1 - Yellow Watchman Goby - Steve Gobs
  • 1 - Candy Pistol Shrimp - (no name yet)
  • 1 - Kenya Tree
  • 2 - Palys (That I don't know the names of, one green and one orange under blue light)
  • Many - Ceriths, regular and Dwarf
  • 3 - Nassarius Vibex
  • 4 - Florida Ceriths
  • 3 - Nerites
  • 1 - Red Legged Hermit
  • 1 - Blue Legged Hermit
  • 1 - Shaving Brush
  • 1 - Money Plant

Some blue lights shots to show off the coral that has color.
