I have a stock biocube 32 with led lights. With all three levels on there isn't any color pop in the zoas. With just the blue lights (l3) it doesn't seem bright enough for color pop either.

Is there something else I can do or is it best to add in waterproof led strips?

Lumibrite lights add an amazing pop to your tank! You could also get a kessil a80. I do love those

Would any of these work with the existing cover?

Look into the reefbar. You're gonna want acnitic blue which will add a great pop. I have 2 under the hood of my biocube and they work and look great.

Care to post a picture on how you installed two of them?
Unfortunately I am away from the tank visiting family for the week . I put one underneath the main LED and one under the feeding door because I don’t use the feeding door i just open the lid.

What about this cheaper option?
LEDENET 12" 18LEDs 5050 Blue 460nm Aquarium LED Strip Light for Fish Tanks - Waterproof Aluminum Lighting 12V DC Grow Bar Light https://a.co/d/bqaqpeZ
I don't see a problem with that either. Reviews look good too.

Do you use a dimmer or the sunsetter controller for the reef bars? I was wondering if it is worth buying the sunsetter controller. Would you know if the controller can control two reef bars?

Since it is only 6 extra dollars for the cheaper one I did get it and use it but you cant use 1 for 2 reef bars unfortunatley
