This is his second offense too, i gave him one more chance because he is my favorite fish, but no moreSo sorry! I always get rid of the aggressor.
Fortunately i already have that from his first offense, this attack is way more severe though, so i didnt know if i would need anything elseFor 10 or so bucks Melafix helps with repairing fins and won’t hurt anything in your tank. I would do it. Wait for more posts then proceed. Good luck.
“Removing” the stress will do wonders.Fortunately i already have that from his first offense, this attack is way more severe though, so i didnt know if i would need anything else
Depends on how bad you want to rehome him.Do you think i could possibly get money for it? Or would it have to be free for someone to take it?
The thing is i have already tryed that once, last time he was bullying my queen angelI'd put the red tail in QT for a couple weeks, feed the niger well and get him looking healthy again, then try to add the red tail back in. This may change the territoriality dynamic between the two. The niger triggers are not typically very aggressive so you shouldn't have to worry about that one bullying the red tail. This method works with other species groups (I've done it with angels and tangs) so it's worth a shot before trying to re-home the red tail. Let us know how it goes.
Then I'm afraid you may already know what needs to be done. Sorry about that. The thing is i have already tryed that once, last time he was bullying my queen angel
