I have two nicrew 150w on a 75g tank. I have them set to 10" above the water and am trying to figure out a good starting setup until I can get a PAR meter to check. I have LPS and softies in the tank. What should I run my light schedule at and what light settings for optimum growth? I know they mainly need the blues to grow vs the white light but don't want to fry anything. During the week day nobody is home until around 4pm and weekends is sporadic. Right now the lights come on at 0730 and out by 2030. The fish are fed 3 times a day. I want to reduce the light schedule.

I have the exact same lights on the same size tank. I recently setup the lights to the below:

0900 - white 5%, blue 0%
0930 - white 5%, blue 20%
1030 - white 5%, blue 50%
1830 - white 0%, blue 20%
2030 - white 0%, blue 0%

That leaves the peak of 50% on for 8 hours. Once all corals are purchased and in their permanent spots, I will increase the blue peak 10% every 2-3 weeks. This schedule has drastically helped bring algae growth down. Hope this helps.
