Currently in the 2-3 week of the fishes cycle process and not much is happening after adding Dr. Tims and ghost feeding every other day.

Wondering if I should be adding some live rock vs fish vs cleaner crew to get some things growing?

Welcome to Reef2Reef!!! Do you have any rock to host the bacteria? If not then rock would be the place to start. I typically don't add a clean up crew (CUC) until there is something in there for them to eat.

Also, have you added any liquid ammonia from Dr. Tim's to see how the tank reacts and is able to process the ammonia over a day or two?
