Just received my new Waterbox and upon inspection found bubbles in only one corner of the tank all other sides look good. Will this be an issue? should I be calling for a new tank? The current tank I have has bubbles in the seam and I don’t want to have the same issue down the road, so a bit concerned..

Dealing with similar issues and a crack in a 220.6 that I just moved to the stand.. how did you end up with them?
Good luck. All issues have to get filled with there claims form, I’ve been messaging thru the emails. Response is active. Check your spam folder.

This is the response I got - “engineering and QC team have reviewed all photos and there is no structural or long term issue with these areas.” So I am thinking about buying black silicone to fill the open areas..
now I am waiting to hear back about issues with the door hinges...

That’s great. Hopefully they can ship it right out. Do you have to send back the old one?
They actually didn't say and I just asked that question. I have a feeling they're going to say they don't want it.. why pay shipping for an item you can't resell, right? But.. if that's the case I don't know what I'll do with it. Maybe try to sell it locally to someone that feels they can repair it?
