There is a few spots on one of my live rocks with orange algae. It looks more neon in person. What is it? PS do you like my rock formation or should i get rid of a peice?

Without a better picture, tough to say. Could be a sponge, could be a tunicate, I have a bivalve of some sort with an orangish mantle.

It looks to be Coraline algae. Are those rocks transplanted from another tank?

I have a few spots that show up here and there but I don't know what it is. I've never seen large patches just small ones 1/4" or less. It's neon orange under blues. I tried to get photos but I can't get them in focus.

EDIT: It doesn't look like sponge and isn't raised off the rock
