Starting reef tank for the first time. I do have some experience with freshwater. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can tell me what I have is good start, or not. Thank you!!

1. Needs a heater and (potentially) a return pump. Tank could very well have a return pump included

2. I would personally upgrade the powerhead to the Nero 5 and add another bag of sand

I have upgraded to Nero 5. And tank did come with pump but heard it wasn’t very good so changed it to SOCCE 1.5 357gph.
Just added turbo start and rocks. Do you think lighting decent? I’m hoping to keep same equipment as long as possible to keep the tank stable. Thank you.

Light is a good beginner light. Although if you ever want to try your hand at acropora (definitely NOT recommended for beginners), I would add a second light. But one is good enough for softies and LPS
