New tank, brown alage , green hair algae

I have started reef tank 3 and half months back used Live rock to start a Nitrate cycle
Now my results are all ok
And many people told me that my cycle is completed
I have 2 fish and they are all doing great

i introduced 2 corals 4 days back so far they are doing great

but i have one problem My brown algae is not going it’s been 1 month i have brown alagae i have done 30% water change 2 times
Also i am using Canister filter on my 40 gallon tank
How can i tackle this brown algae what is the solution ?
and what about the green hair alage i removed it with hand but it again grows on live rock .. what should i do

Is that an API test kit you are using? If so, they are not very accurate. I would get some Salifert tests if you can. The brown algae is diatoms and should go away after it has used up all that it is feeding on. Green hair algae is harder do get rid of. Manually pulling it is slow and a pain, but you should try too remove as much as possible. You could try getting a bunch of large Mexican Turbo Snails to help with the fight

The canister filter probably isn't doing you any favors. You'll need to clean it out every few days until your tank matures, then once a week would probably be enough. It's breaking down all the organics and releasing them into your tank which is feeding your algae problem.

It's called the ugly phase. Basically it will go away over time.
If there are no coral, i'd suggest a 3 days blackout. Hardy coral can withstand blackout period.
