very nice! I have the same tank coming once i finish a major Reno.
man how lucky are you to be able to have a mixing station out side!
fallowing!
Yes! I might just have re-floored half the house based on the fact I wanted to get the tank in!
the mixing station has come together well, will glue it this weekend - ro/di unit is up and running and will have its work cut out to make me ~700l next week.

Made a rookie - but not a major one - holes drilled in side cabinets to match an 'upside down' tank end. rectified now but will limit ventilation slightly more than I intended from the tank cabinet itself, in any case power adapters will be secured in the side cabinets and the gap between the cabinets will act as a vent for rising air.

Also 3x RO/DI lines now run through the wall. (Saline in, Fresh in, Dirty out) - to run awc and to fill ato by Ecotech Versa dosing pumps eventually..

heck yeah! looking amazing.
maybe I missed it but are those ikea cabinets behind the tank?
Thanks! yeah pretty pleased with the result. They're not Ikea, but Ikea might work also, the brand is kaboodle (might just be Aussie?) but they are actually just slimline (200mm wide) kitchen wall cabinets stacked up (6x) - i'm sure any similar kitchen cabinets would work, I went with these as the finish is similar to the red sea white cabinet - if i had more room at the end i might have gone with the 300mm to allow for more space.

They only really go higher than the tank to allow for a clean look with the lighting wires eventually going horizontally into the gap, I can then cover the 40mm gap.

I was thinking of the same to hide my BIG UV but the GF said I should just drill a hole in the floor and add it to the mixing station below!
keep the updates coming!

I think you are missing a union.
humm where would you put another? -
just filled up as a test. Generally works well apart from I have a very slow drip from a threaded fitting on the right hand tank - drained, re-taped and tried again and still dripping - may need to replace the fitting, if not this part then the thread on the bulkhead is dodgy.

Sump in and doors on and I've added a couple of wifi connected 'smart' powerboards. Equipment wise I have a Vectra L2 return pump & RSK600 Skimmer on the way. 2x MP-40's already arrived.

Also started curing some dry rock to start the scape as i'll be avoiding live rock this time around

next stops quarantine setup and hanging the lights (4x Red Sea LED90's to start with)
