Hey everybody,
Just got a saltwater AIO system off marketplace. Waterbox 25 peninsula, came with a large bubble tip anemone, 2 clowns, turbo snail, and a hermit crab and all the goods. I want to build a diverse reef but am concerned my anemone wont allow this. Also my clowns live with him so theres that as well. I do enjoy them both and would not want to get rid of any of it. Could I get some advice for a diverse group of corals that could coexist? Or if I were to trade/sell the anemone what value would I be looking at here? The second two pics are after he moved, He's been moving around some due to the stress of the tank changing hands and because we had to break it down when I bought it. Everything is original to the setup tho. I even made sure to use the same water initially to allow acclimation. Again new to the space and thank you,

Welcome to Reef2Reef, and beautiful anemone!

I have a huge BTA in my 20g reef that likes to move around. It's never bothered my corals (Torch, Duncan, Trumpet, Zoas, Toadstool, Mushroom).

Welcome to R2R!
I’d leave the nem, once happy, if you don’t change flow or light, they usually stay put.

You can work many corals around it and if it does go for a walk, it doesn’t look for trouble.

I’ve kept a nem in a mixed reef for decades without issue, and the one time it walked, it walked around stuff and resettled.

Welcome! Bubble tips arent too bad as far as I know. Make sure that your scape is movable if he decides to take a stroll. Any corals. But if new to the hobby, start with zoas, leathers, mushrooms, and even some LPS like hammer/frogspawn.
Zoas are my favorite soft coral and they are pretty forgiving.

These nems require stable conditions and a tank of at least 4-6 months in age as there will be chemistry changes and regular water changes occurring the first few months which they dont favor. Moderate light and water flow also. Too little light and too much water flow will encourage them to move.
