Hello,

I am not new to a saltwater aquarium but I am new to an aquarium with a sump. I have all new Red Sea equipment but seem to be struggling with a few things. This is a screenshot of video of my reef mat How do I get it to stop over flowing water like this? Sometimes it's a trickle and sometimes it gushes? Any advice would be great ..

Second, I am trying to do water changes but I am not sure. Do I do it from the actual tank or do I do them from below in the sump? Do I turn off the return pump prior to doing the change? I did one the other day, and bubbles started shooting out because my return pump wasn't covered up with water anymore.

Any pointers/advice would be greatly appreciated. Screen Shot 2023-04-21 at 20.52.00.png
