Forgive my noobness what is NPS?
Non photo synthetic corals. Corals don't require light to thrive

Raw egg?
How...did you come across that nugget? Obviously it's working great so what does it do.?

Raw egg is proteins, amino acids, and gooy, Reef Roids sticks to raw egg, I think helps stick to corals tentacles, may be. Regardless a lot of amino acids and protein , egg is very fine material, less than .01 microns

Do you do just the whites or do you give it a scramble?

My LFS guy told me one of my fish may be sick. I haven’t been able to get him out of my tank... he’s quick! In lieu of that, he has me feeding the two food shown below. I have a 200 gallon tank... mixed reef... yup, I’m a newbie. I am not sure how much of it to feed. He said I should not feed them anything else for 2 weeks.

thoughts?

I’ve recently learned, there is no such thing as reef safe medicated fish food. I almost lost two anemones using that stuff. Come to find out, my LFS guy was really just a jerk (I can’t curse here : ) He lied about the fish being sick because I bought a fish from someone other than him. Dude had me medicating for no reason. I’ve even found out recently he’s done that to several of (now ex) customers.
