Hello you wonderful world of Reefers,

Long time listener first time caller. I just got some anemones from the reef gallery in Zelienople, PA from an awesome guy who worked there. (Not sure if you can post real names so I’ll refrain from now) He hooked me up with a piece of live rock with two anemones attached two it and we’re about 2 inch in circumference but now they look like this. They’ve only been in there for less then 24 hours so maybe im being overly paranoid. But here’s what they look like and here’s my lighting set up. I’ve have the original light that came with the top supplemented by the Kissel at lowest setting. This other coral as well was pretty open yesterday too and it’s closed up a little.

everything else from swab test seems normal, I need to go to store to get another test kit for ammonia because my dumb butt broke all the beakers in the kit.
Thanks all!

Dont know if your nems are ok
If they lived at DKH of 8 and now they are at 11 they will not be happy
Water makes a big difference when you have nems.

As for that leather. I have one of them. It will close up like that every night or when it gets stressed. I bet it’s fine. This is mine. These pictures are taken within a day. It is amazing how much it can close open up with how small it gets.

WOAH, I dig yours, I'm still a novice and got taken advantage of by the store that sold me everything and did a crappy job of maintaining the tank due to my hectic schedule. Shame on me though. I'm now taking a more active role, as I should have in the beginning.
