Thought I’d start a build thread for my new tank going to be a mixed reef tank.

Temp Controller Probe Located Before Filter Socks So Water Temp Is As Close To The Display Tank As Possible.

Filtration & Bio Media:
Below Filter Socks :
3 x Various Different Courses Of Sponge
1 Litre Of Seachem Denitrate
1 Litre Of Seachem Matrix
100 Bio Balls
12 x Bio Logs
Main Section:
18 x Bio Logs (May Turn Into Refugium)
Heater
Next Section:
Will Be Adding Protein Skimmer Here
Last Section:
Vectra M2 Return Pump
Flow:
Jecod 3500L/H Slave Power Head
Jecod 8500L/H Primary Power Head
May Possibly Be Changing These Will Need Good Suggestions.
Started A Basic Aquascape Using Some Live And Some Dead Rock Added Some Water But Not Fully Filled As Picking Up More Live Rock Later Today But Wanted It To Start Cycling.
Have Decided To Give Seachem Stability A Try This Time On This Tank To Help Start It Out.
First Time Actually Aquascaping Myself My Dad Did My First Tank And Said No Do It Yourself This Time
Need Light Suggestions For This Tank.
Have 1 Spare Hydra 32HD Lying Around Only Issue Is Mounting On Back As This Tank Is Extremely Thick Due To The Weir Design
(Not Finished cable Tidying Or Setting Up But Atleast A Cycle Has Started)
