A little background. This was a royal gramma that passed two days after this picture. On day Three we had to go out of town and had a friend coming by to feed the fish. So 5 days later he stopped by and feed the fish and everything seemed good fish happy and eating well .day 8 got the call that our two clownfish were dead but all the corals and invertebrates were good as well as my yellow watchman goby. Finger crossed I didn't pick up velvet from the royal gramma we ordered and didn't pt in the qt tank . Unfortunately this was a stupid mistake on my behalf thanks in advance for any help and advice

Almost anything is possible with those brief facts. Can't tell anything with that photo either, aside from the m possible blotches. What are the water parameters? Is the goby the only remaining fish?

If so, I would catch it and put it in the QT and run a fallow period on the DT.
