Need help to ID this and get rid of it

Can anyone help tell me what this is? I've been thinking diatoms. But possibly dinos. However my nitrate is sitting around 20-25. So I have nutrients. I vacuum it and it comes back. It .ostly goes away when lights are out, but comes back the next day. I had a massive bubble algae outbreak that vibrant removed. I'm at a loss and frustrated.

enjoy them. Don't fight with them. They will be gone soon enough. They are just consuming the silicates in your system. Not sure if it's diatom as I can't see easily in my phone.Diatoms are normally pretty easy to identify. It is a brown-powdery algae that you can blow off with a syringe. How old is your tank?
