Hi there if anyone can please help me I’d really appreciate it. Pics are attached below.

Aquarium Parameters: temp: 76.8F, salinity: 1.025, Ph:8.2, alk: 8.5dkh, nitrate:8.6ppm, phosphate: 0.11ppm

Aquarium type: FOWLR right now but quarantining inverts and corals now.

Aquarium water volume: about 80gal

Filtration type: protein skimmer/refugium

Lighting: 2 radion g5 xr30 blue

How long has the aquarium been established? 6 months

I also have a grounding probe so that is canceled out.

Little background….

I purchased a Cirrhilabrus isosceles, gramma loreto, and a Ctenochaetus tominiensis all have been quarantined. They have been in my tank for about a month. The gramma was first. As soon as the gramma entered the tank it started diving into the sand. The next day I noticed it happening more and then eventually started rubbing the rocks. Eating very well. The next day I noticed pale almost white looking blotches on the side of the body. For the next week he ate great but was still diving into the sand/ scratching on rocks. The white patches got larger. It looks like scale loss from where it was scratching. A week after I received the gramma I received the wrasse and the tang. They both looked great. They weren’t doing what the gramma was. The tang was just a bit shy but all eating great. A few days later I noticed the tang start flashing. I noticed these things around the tangs face. They were about 2mm in size, opaque and we’re hanging from the tangs body. He would try and use his fin to get them off his face. I noticed them on his fins as well. The one on the fins look like lympho almost. The wrasse so far has shown no signs of anything. The tang has now started bruising all around his body. His breathing is about 92bpm give or take. It may be higher than that. He is also hanging out in the flow of the power head. The royal grammas fins are a frayed and the body is all bumpy looking and I can visually see what looks like flukes all over the body. The grammas appetite is weakening as well as the tangs. The tang still eats nori like a champ though. They all eat frozen as well but gramma and tang have stopped eating frozen as of last night. The gramma will only eat tdo pellets and a few pieces of Mysis. I noticed the wrasse last night scratch on the power head and my overflow but that is the only thing I’ve witnessed from him so far. I was assured these fish are healthy, have been medicated and quarantined and now I’m having to deal with this. I add selcon to their food and I started adding beta 1,3 glucan to feed supplementally as well. Any help would be really appreciated. If I left anything out let me know. Thank you!

the pics taken in blue light were from 1 week ago and the pics in white light are this morning.

K thanks for nothing y’all really appreciate it. Not sure why we even have these sites if there’s no one there to help. This is what buying from marine collectors and trying to take the proactive disease and parasite free route gets ya….What’s the point in spending all this money on “clean quarantined” fish if all I get is a tank full of fish infested with flukes and whatever else they have Not even sure if they’re going to make it because it’s SO BAD but I’m going to try and do this on my own since I can’t get any help from these so called “experts” ✌️

I’m sorry this happened. Please don’t give up.. Hopefully it’s not too late for some help…

@Jay Hemdal can you help with this
I’ve already figured it out on my own and am currently in the process of treating them. It was confirmed flukes. The tang died and my royal gramma is on its last leg. This whole thing has really put a bad taste in my mouth about this community. Can’t trust anyone and no one gives help when it’s asked for. I’ve only been in this hobby for 6 months and followed everyone’s advice and this is where it has gotten me. So doing it on my own is the better route. Actually gets me somewhere.

Sorry, I didn’t see this until just now. I average 2 1/2 hours online each day here, but sometimes problems slip through.
This is actually a pretty great community.
As I read through your post, it is pretty clearly a fluke infestation, probably Neobenedenia. I presume you are using Prazipro or General Cure?
Breaking the life cycle of egg laying flukes can be tough, you’ll need to dose 2x, 10 days apart with good aeration and a 30% water change prior to the second treatment.
