I have had my tank up and running for about 6 months now and I am noticing this little growing on my rock but can’t figure out what it is? Any ideas??

Yeah, looks like some kind of anemone - those ones are quite pretty being that transparent, but there's a good chance they may sting things you put into your tank, so you may want to remove them.

Personally, I'd be tempted to start a pico tank for them, but that's just me.
