Need help dosing TM A & K Trace bc of pump top

I started dosing Tropic Marin A & K trace elements. I want to hook it to my doser but the 200ml bottles have a dumb pump top. Does anyone dose from these bottles or have an idea of what cap to replace the pump with so I can hook it to my doser?

cover the top with a plastic wrap and puncture a whole in it for the dosing tubes?
