OK so I'm setting up my 40 gal breeder, my brother is setting his 40 gal, I ordered 2 40lbs boxes dry rock go long cycle want to try out purple pink helix. So I get one box shipped, I already have a 10 gal esta eblished. So I want my brother to get a good fresh start tank. However I now get upset because I don't have rocks. So I go to petco only lfs here. Buy roughly $400 in wet live rock nice and purple, skip to today. The other box of rocks shows up that I thought to be canceled because it said out of stock and didn't show with the other box days earlier. Do I A. Use the dry rock mixed in with my live wait full cycle and have basically the scape of my dreams with the amount I have. B. Stay with the roughly 40 lbs live only in the tank and cure rocks for future use in separate bin?
