This green algae that's coating my rocks is now spreading to the substrate - nitrates and phosphates are in check since cycle was done 7 months ago. I'm wondering what I can do to control this - I'm waiting for the day when coralline algae will take over, but I haven't seen any signs of purple just yet.

Have you added coralline algae to your system via snails or hermits with coralline on their shells or via a product like purple helix? Coralline has to be added to your system unlike hair algae or cyano.
