Mysterious white tubes

Trying to figure out what these are. These white tube (almost crystal like) have shown up in shadowed parts under my rocks. I dealt with these a few years back before I had a tank tear down do to moving. Anyone have an idea what they are? They don't seem to be harming anything, but would prefer to not have them. Body type is almost like glass as they shatter off when touched or scraped at.

I have no clue but im curious what they are. Could be some form of vermitid, sponge, Colonial hydroids? I have no clue .

sounds like some kind of sponge, or maybe the byproduct of some bacteria. Most likely harmless.
