My overflow is making so much noise!!!!

Okay I just finished plumbing the basilica part of my tank and the overflow is making so much noise what do I do and what do I need to buy thanks in advance guys. This is the sound it is making.

You need to get your tank water elevated which will quiet it down. It is likely the pump is moving water to tank faster than water is coming in. Slow the pump flow slightly and the water in tank will rise and noise level will be reduced

You need to get your tank water elevated which will quiet it down. It is likely the pump is moving water to tank faster than water is coming in. Slow the pump flow slightly and the water in tank will rise and noise level will be reduced
???

So the water is elevated just in the back the drain hole it is just there no pipe I was just doing research and I might put the Durso drain
If durso, you need a drain pipe yes and it should be capped with a hole on top with tubing so it is muffled but also serves as a siphon break in the event of power loss.

Ok thanks do know what fittings I should get exactly and where I can get them and do I just use normal pvc???
