was it stolen ? was it not him in Washington ? same plate ? yes contact DMV on both in both states if not legit violations...Anyone have experience with this?
So a few months ago, randomly my husband gets a bill in the mail, from a toll he passed and didn't pay, in California Bay area. He hasn't been in that area in 30+ years. The photo included showed a nighttime photo with the plate illuminated and barely legible numbers. We both thought it was weird but we know he wasn't there so we set it aside. Now today looks like we're getting another one from Washington this time. So now it appears we've got a problem. He's going to see about getting another plate number but what now? Do we need to contact each state DMV and tell them our plate number was stolen?
Both his plates are on the truck. Not physically taken, just the numbers and have been recreated on another plate.... apparently.was it stolen ? was it not him in Washington ? same plate ? yes contact DMV on both in both states if not legit violations...
We were getting toll bills from a beacon that was registered to our address, but different tags than our cars. letters to CVS Pharmacy at our address. We talked to the sender but they didn't seem to care so we left it. not our car, not our tags, not our problem. If it were our tags, that would change quite a lot.Anyone have experience with this?
