I'm just popping in to say I've missed you all and I hope to be back in the swing of things again soon. My reef is doing good. I just need to catch up on tank maintenance. The fish are fat and happy and my corals are doing good.

How are you all doing? I'm going to try to read what I've missed in the cafe and in your build threads but it may take a bit.

all test came back clear except ,brain swelling, and high cholesterol ,on meds for chol now,
still waiting for meds to arrive here for brain juice
