Need to find a better way to remove hatched brine shrimp from the unhatched and shells. Current method sucks. The special nets didn't work. Still trapped all the live shrimps with the shells. Most shells float, but then I'm getting enough that don't to contaminate the living shrimps that I collected.

the bbs hatchery works well to avoid this although I hate promoting buying from BRS

I’m 29 (still a baby to most people )
I live on the east coast (CT)
I’m married with no kids
I run a cafe in a museum ( not great but pays the bills)
I wanna move out west and hopefully take advantage of my trade (electrical engineering)

You should check into SEL. Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories in Pullman, WA. They hire EE's all the time. They are in process control and power grid control. Great company that is employee owned with good benefits and retirement. They have their own PCB manufacturing and mold injection operations as well. I lost two great employees to SEL! They are international and have their own flight department with global range jets. They also have manufacturing overseas.

Well. Situation sucks. The planned tank has too much flow, still even when turned all the way down. Blowing ponies everywhere. So. I had a gallon cube in the garage, filled it and added aged rock from 2 tanks. One loaded with pods. Added one gorg I got today and a tiny sponge filter. They look happier. Including lil nugget. Count at 7 larger, one baby. 2 doa, plus one that I thought was alive but all the others were just latching into it. No breathing or fin movement on #8.

However, just got a call that my hubs was in an accident so when he gets home I'll be busy. Have no idea how bad, he was breaking up too bad from no service.

Me and my wife go to a pharmacy and the cashier is like ooo I love you shirt I keep my goldfish in a 40 gallon breeder ! Told her about my tanks and about proper tanks for fish when we leave my wife looks at me and says “proper fish care turns you on “ this is what I deal with on the daily lol
