We all have favoritesLovely… the secret is out now.
Your mingis also love pond wafers... Salted Caramel it is.Watermelon , my mingi's love watermelon...
and on this note, i need to research stronger P additivesGuys and Gals
I am stupid... been dosing 40ml of neo phos and neo nitrate daily....
Multiply tank capacity in gallons x ppm increase desired x 18.9 - ml of product to add. Example to raise the concentration of phosphate in a 25 gallon aquarium by .01 ppm, the calculation is: 25 x .01 x 18.9 = 4.7 ml or about a capful. (a capful is 5 ml)
Phos
250g x .1ppm x 18.9 = 472 ML...... not 40ml
"1 ml NEONITRO will increase the nitrate concentration in 1 US-gallon (~3.8 L) by ~5 ppm; "
Nitrate
1 mL/gallon x 250 gallons x 5 ppm =1250 ML...... not 40ml
Sounds to me like you need to start using trisodium phosphate and sodium nitrate.Guys and Gals

got the sodium nitrate in the mail, phosphate need ty steveSounds to me like you need to start using trisodium phosphate and sodium nitrate.
You can make a solution a lot stronger than that per ML.
Somewhere on here is a chart from randy about how much to mix to how much rodi and that results in xx ppm per ml.got the sodium nitrate in the mail, phosphate need ty steve
Ill try to dig around.Somewhere on here is a chart from randy about how much to mix to how much rodi and that results in xx ppm per ml.
