I had an issue while I was out of town where I think my lights were off for an extended period of time idk how long but mostly everything else has bounced back since I’ve been back. I’ve been back for 3 weeks now. My frogspawn however has remained pretty closed up. It hasn’t gotten worse and ik it’s still alive cause it still retracts and puffs up slightly during the day but lost color and won’t puff up like it was before. Any tips on what I should do would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like its receding back and showing the skeleton which isnt great, my only suggestions would be to maybe dip it and then if it puffs up try feeding it a little, also what are your parameters? other reefers might be able to give better advice on if its saveable.

Over time, that torch is going to get more area by stinging its neighbours.

If everything returned to normal except this piece, I’d do nothing for at least, one week.

Me, I would not feed it until it returns to normal.

It will take time for them to recover, don't do anything drastic and let it do its thing. I have found iodine to be very helpful for stressed or injured euphies though. If you aren't already dosing iodine, or have done an iodine dip, a couple drops of povidone iodide to the tank can help.

I’m currently dosing Red Sea 4 part and I believe it has iodine in it

It does. I use the same. I would let it be then and not stress it further with handling etc unless it gets worse. I have 2 big colonies i use as an anemone fence, one got some discosomas growing inside on the skeleton. I pulled the whole thing out and cut all the discos off (and dropped it). It wasn't happy for a full 2 weeks, but is fully back to normal after about a month.
I bet yours will come around, long as everything else is in order.

It would not be uncommon for some corals to take longer to adjust to the change in PAR back to “normal” PAR.

If waters good, no action is required IMM.
