I have had my Magnifica anemone over 3 years, in that time it trippled in size and got to over 18" nearer 24" I would guess then stopped growing. A few weeks ago I noticed a strange behaviour. The anemone started to stretch out towards a rock close by. During lighting time it would stretch over and appeared to attach to the other rock only to retract back at night.

This went on for weeks and I thought little more of it. That is until one morning I noticed the nem had split with the baby now attached to the rock. It dosen't end there though, the baby nem then moved to another rick a few inches away. Now my origional nem is going through the same behaviour stretching to the rock nearby once again.

When this is happening the nems body goes into a kind of figure of 8 pulling thinner in the middle between the 2 rocks. It's not easy for me to capture this on my phone but I have taken a few photos as below.

If you are able to do a top-down pictures, you should see rock though the mouth first, then it split apart. I had pictures on Reefcentraol.com from early 2000's but that got lost in upgrades. I lost my picture at home so no pictures now.
Congratulations.
