I got two clownfish in my tank for about a month then I added a shrimp to clean some algae and it seemed to be doing good until one of them began staying up in the top corner near the power head and stopped eating then it died and the other one was fine until he began doing the same thing. He won’t leave the power head, has stopped eating and is panting heavily. What could be happening?

It’s hard to make out a breathing rate in the video other than that it is elevated.
Given the death of the first, I would move into a qt and treat for velvet as a precaution.
All fish should be held in copper for 30 days (2.5 ppm for copper power or coppersafe, 0.5 ppm for cupramine) and the tank should remain fishless for 60 days.
