ok so i got this candy cane coral but when i was taking it off the old frag plus i accidentally cracked the skeleton and now when it puffs up i can’t see the mouth at all is it gonna be ok or should i try to reglue the skeleton of it.

If it’s not perfectly fused it’ll be okay. Candy canes branch from the skeleton so maybe a new head will grow from there. Full polyp extension is good
ok i was just seeing if i had to do something about it i haven’t fed it yet so i didn’t know if it would affect feeding

ok i was just seeing if i had to do something about it i haven’t fed it yet so i didn’t know if it would affect feeding
Wait till the lights turn off and feed it half a mysis shrimp or less with the pumps off. If it eats, you’re fine. Wait till the feeding tentacles come out, probably 30 mins to an hour after the lights turn off. If it never extends but your other LPS does, I’d be worried
