I quarantine my anthesis fish for three weeks in copper, and added my fish to my DT. I noticed there’s a white bump on its bottom lip and I don’t know what it is.

This is not lympho but a bump/bruise likely darting into rocks. While it should heal on it own, keep an eye on it to assure it is indeed healing and not becoming infected. If it becomes infected, treatment will be needed in quarantine. Having a broad spectrum antibiotic such as Seachem Kanaplex will not be a bad idea.
