Too much for a 30 gallon AIO? Perhaps, but I had the 3rd water tank and the additional parts cost less than $40. This was also my first time working with PVC plumbing and the practice has made me feel comfortable with the idea of plumbing a sump system in the future.
There are two things I would change if I could do it again. My in and out pipes as slanted away from each other due to a mis-measurement or not holding the connections tight enough while the glue set; lessons learned. The other is the plugged hole in the rear right. I starting drilling before the parts arrived and the gate valve was too long to plum in that space, but it gives me the option to plumb all three tanks together in the future.
The pictures are pretty self-explanatory. From left to right: ATO, RO container, Mixing/Fill container.
