Ideas are always welcome but I will not be told that I should do something. You should do this V.S have you thought about this are two different trend setters.

Any way I’m excited to pick up this tank tomorrow the 28th of September. It’s a 225G acrylic aquarium that comes with a sump, stand, mp40s and t5 lights just to start out on items.

I don’t plant on setting it up right away. In fact I plan on refinishing and modifying the tank, building a new stand from the ground up and potentially modifying the sump.

I have a parts list in the making of things I need and things I want. I will share these lists with you guys for inputs and suggestions.

How I obtained a 225g set up for only 500 bucks, the circumstances are not at all in favor of the seller who has suffered losing a place to live because of hurricane Florence. But a blessing on my behalf because I’ve wanted a tank this big. Pictures currently posted are the tank that stands as is and the tank stand I would like to build. I will update pictures with how I am doing and even when I get the tank and such.

I hope you guys are interested in a build as such and I hope to keep you entertained. For those that know me I recently lost my 125g aquarium inhabitants to velvet. And then accidentally shattered the front of my 125 rendering it useless.
