Mobius not seeing lights

I have 4 radions that came with my 300 gallon. I cant get them to connect to mobius. Ive searched and tried all the tricks on their site, the lights wont re set with the button trick. Location is on, so is bluetooth. They wont pop up at all, app is up to date. They also wont pop up in the legacy section either. Im at a loss

You can call EcoTech Customer Service at +1 (610) 954-8480 - they are pretty responsive and have helped me several times when i had connectivity or other issues with my lights - as they should with the cost of these things

First thing id try is opening one up and re-seating the "black RF chip" inside - Needs to be a black one for Mobius to see it to begin with, which im assuming you know it is and re-seating it may bring it back to play. If when you open it s green it is not capable of connecting to Mobius as is.

If not then yes, id probably call customer service.

Ah I will open it and look. Right now Ive been turning the power strip off and on to control them since the buttons on the top really dont do much

I'm not sure about radions but I know on vortechs the green module can be replaced with the black one to make them mobius compatible. I would think the lights are upgradable but who knows. Let me know if they are older and not upgradable. I have a reeflink that I'm not using that will allow the older devices to be controlled online using computer and ecosmart live.

I'm having issues with my XR15 pro that isn't showing up on the mobius app
