Hello fellow reefers!
Recently added a small/med sailfin tang to our 125gal reef and within a few days it’s gone MIA. We’ve looked everywhere and moved some of the LR to see if maybe got stuck in the rockwork but to no avail. Are they known to be jumpers? If that’s the case it probably got eaten by one of our dogs or cat

If you have an open top it’s always a possibility. They can get moving pretty fast even that distance. And if new there is lots of chasing that will happen. Fish can hide pretty good too. If it doesn’t show for a few more days then it likely went for a surf.
