I moved my tank last Thursday. I noticed my hammer was slightly recessed today and tested nitrates and ammonia. Nitrates were low around 3 and ammonia was roughly .4-.5
I changed out the sand, and have been dosing microbacter7. I want to try to keep my corals and clowns alive should I be doing water changes or just let this run its course?

Corals can become slightly recessed for a day or even several days, I would 'wait and see'.

How are other corals doing? how are the fish? The ammonia could be false test. So there is no sand in the tank now, you did not transfer over the sand? Normally ammonia spike after moving comes from disturbing the sand bed.
