Hello my name is Mikey and I decided to give a build thread a go. I actually started this tank just a little over 1 year ago but since then I have made many upgrades and have been very fortunate. Over the past year I have started with nothing and have added over $10,000 worth of coral and fish. In the reefing business I know that you cannot rush things but I have added things probably at their maximum capacity over the last year I've had some losses yes but I've also had some exceptional growth. Here is a breakdown of my current setup.

GEAR
120 gal glass aquarium, 48"*24"*24" with wooden stand and canopy.
CPR HOB overflow, 1200gphwith Dursa silencer and Aqua Lifter
Lights-AI Hydra HD 32*2
7" sock going into 40 gal DYI custom glass sump
3 stages of filter sponges
20w algae scrubber on 16hr cycle
Eshopps S 200 protein skimmer
100lbs live rock
Carbon & Gfo reactors
1800 gph ac return pump.
Felix Smart Pro controller. Temp, Ph, Ammonia tests, plus in water camera

I am going to list the fish and corals that I have in my tank next. After I make this list I will start posting the pictures. The first pictures are going to be from almost a year ago when I first started it so that way everybody could see the progression that I have made I will try to get the dates as close as possible. It'll all lead up to the finale of what the tank looks like now
