So one minute my carpenters wrasse is just fine. Then.......he’s dead?

It and all my fish (except the sick chromis I bought) are fine and active and eating.

Since it was a definite mature male, could it have been age?

So still no changes in the Magnifica.

So I did a little sleuthing.

When I first got and for a month or so, nitrates were less than 8.

As soon as my nitrates went to 12 or higher, the mag looks like it does still today.

Everything else is good but the Magnifica.

So, I’m going to bring nitrates down to 8 or less for a few weeks to see if that may be the culprit. I doubt it, but now I gotta know.

Good news, my doser shipped today!
Logan @Reef Breeders just got back from reef a palooza and got it shipped today.

The OSG are god to help with the sustrate cleaning and have great character.
