Midas Blenny ich?

Is this ich on my Midas blenny? He’s eating great acting normal I would say. I have been seeding tigger pods to the tank and have tons of these white little specks on the glass (picture) that come and go pretty sure they are baby pods or something else? Could they be on the fish too or sand? New reefer help would be appreciated! Thanks

Seems like 2 different things. You do have pods on your glass but looks like your Midas have ich too. Pods don’t travel onto fishes. Unless they are small grains of sand, it’s ich

This does look like ich to me - best treatment will be to move all fish into quarantine and medicate with copper for 30 days. The tank should remain fishless for 60 days.

Looks like mucus cones associated with ich or past protozoan issue.
Other possibility looking at face area could be brook to but pics a little blurry
Is fish breathing normal or labored?
Any scratching against objects?
Fish is somewhat thin and can have adverse effect on health

I have seen him scratch yes.
I don't think I could feed him anymore he's the only fish right now and I feed him 3x daily with frozen and pellet but I guess if he's sick weight loss would fit.

The still pics clearly show marine ich on this fish, less clear in the video, but I'm confident that's what it has.

Typically, when sand or pods get on a fish, they are in fewer numbers than this.

Treatment is going to depend on what other animals are in this tank (all fish have been exposed and will need to be treated, but invertebrates are sensitive to those treatments).

Hyposalinity and coppersafe are my two top choices.

yes I set up my qt last night. being in Canada most fish meds are banned and are hard to get however you can still get some through amazon. so I have copper power ill treat with and then go fallow in my display.
