Nice images. These are Coolia dinoflagellates.

Best treated with an oversized UV with slow flow. UV should be approximately 1 watt/3gallons of tank volume. Best to plumb it directly from the display (not the sump) with a dedicated pump moving about 2x tank volume/hour. These are tough and toxic so be patient and consider running GAC to fight the toxicity.
