May Meeting

With the SA tour in March, and the MTRC swap in April, I'm looking forward to getting together somewhere in May.

I think we should volunteer @Chriscrna - bring him some flatworms, aiptasia and what not, for the new system!

Will keep the reef for now, it is really growing in and everything is doing outstanding. I might come on occasionally to offer frags, offer input when people are having issues and what-not but don't want to come across as a peddler.

That is great to know that you aren`t really going anywhere and your wisdom is always welcome from looking at your tank , your input is very helpful. But I will be watchful for your occasional frags for sale, I wouldn`t want to peddle all my stuff either, your tank is awesome.

All is fine. Doing a major kitchen renovation and discovered water intrusion in 3 places I had to fix. Just got funding at work for a major project with another larger build for Los Alamos slated to start this summer. It will mean a few trips overseas. About $4 million over 2.5 years with a potential $20-$30 million follow-on for the next 5-7 years there after. All that on top of taking care of Barbara and the daily chores, my prioritization to spend more time with her away from home, and I'm basically over-subscribed for awhile. An occasional rant on here is one form of therapy for me as is an hour or two with the tank but don't expect to see much of me in person (unless you'd like to stop by and look at the tank).

Wishing you the best Dave. No worries on participation. You've got a lot going on. Having you here on the forum is great, and I look forward to any and all rants.

The BOD has things covered I think, and I suggest we just not worry about the VP role. Again, wishing you and yours the very best.

I wish you well.. I have really enjoyed our chats at AM. As far as the meeting im out for the month. Going bloomin bbq and bluegrass and got several other cooks going on..

Hey @jmann124! I think the club usually targets Saturday, on the third weekend of the month. That would be the 21st.

Not 100% solid on a date or place yet, but stay tuned as the BOD should affirm. @Rob.D @Chriscrna
