Help. Need advice to reboot, restart, or something. If you have had this issue, how did you rectify it?
Current symptom: Controller show A side alternating between Alternating Gyre Mode and Off
It switched every 2 to 3 seconds between AGM and Off. A side gyre will not run.
It is not the gyre, because when I switch gyres, both run normally when they are connected to the B side.
It is not the power splitter, because when I switch sides with the power splitter, the A side continues to switch between AGM and Off.
Also, I disconnected my battery back up with no affect on the current situation.
My Gyre XF350 is not quite one year old and I am using two gyres.
I am using manual mode with both A and B gyre in Alternating Gyre Mode.
A & B are set at +20% to -20%, opposite of each other.
Both are set for 20 second ramp up and down, and 1 hour at both peak and trough
My unit has the old style controlled.
Unit recently cleaned from algae, etc.
Issue started when hermit crab entered one side.
Not sure if a full stop stall occurred. I was hearing “rat a tat tat” and turned off the power.
