Mark on clownfish face

Hi everyone was wondering if you could help I noticed a mark on the face of my clownfish anybody help identifying what it could be I was thinking maybe just from a little bit of fighting as there still trying to work it out a little I think but normally the black storm is more the aggressive one when I’m around but they sleep in the pot together at night and do so I think there slowly getting better and bonding but I was just wondering if anyone had any idea what this could be thanks

It sure looks like an injury from jaw wrestling with the other clown. However, it is pretty severe and may require antibiotics. Also, if the clowns continue to scrap, more damage could occur.

Treat in separate tank using Seachem Neoplex or kanaplex with added aeration via airstone.

Similar happened to my male a few months ago. I pulled him and treated in qt with kanaplex for a week. Once it was cleared up I was able to successfully reintroduce him.
Keep in mind that this may be the start of further aggression issues between the pair.

Ok thanks everyone for the information I have got kanaplex to hand did you add it to the food or to the water thanks

Neomycin or kanamycin, but it would need to be treated in a hospital tank.
