Im looking at possibly getting a tank for my office desk.

I was wondering if there are any Mantis shrimp that would go well in a 10 Gal tank?

Thank you

This would be great in a 10g with rock rubble for him to make a home in

Yes you can have coral also.

Inverts like snails and hermits could be kept also but they would not be safe. To could consider them cleaners and snacks for when the mantis is hungry and you’re away from the office

Larger snails would have a better chance of survival - Mexican turbo snails.

Smaller hermits would be more on the snack side - dwarf blue leg hermits

Until just recently, I had an N. wennerae in a 10 AIO. I got mine from TBS along with some of their sand and rocks, and they included some gorilla crab "snacks" for the mantis. Mine unfortunately died when an ATO malfunctioned, but I'm getting that tank back in order, and I would like to get another mantis for it.

Good luck!

Shoot I was going to ask where you’re located but your profile says Tennessee :downcast-face-with-sweat: I’d sell you my smithii if you were closer to the west coast!
I mean, I'm listening.... Is shipping an option? I'd have to really research a smithii......
