I was brainstorming, and I got an idea about keeping the biocube lights and lid intact while also having mangroves growing over the lid. I'm thinking of making a small hole just big enough for the mangrove to go through the lid without Messing up the stock light at the moment since I'll just be doing simple soft corals later I'll upgrade. And I also want to avoid evaporation. The plan would be to allow the mangrove to grow over the cube lid and supply it with proper lighting for plants without removing the lid and messing with the stock light cords. I was looking on the Internet and saw that nobody has done something similar, so I just want some advice on this, to see what you guys think and if this would work and not completely damage the stock lights and lid.
